1、锻模模块几何形状的检验
1, the inspection of the geometry of the die module

1）锻模模块外形尺寸及基准面、分模面间的相对位置，可用万能量具进行测量,其尺寸精度及几何公差应符合图样和专用技术条件的规定
1) the dimensions of the die module and the relative position between the base face and the parting surface can be measured by a universal measuring tool. The dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances should be in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and special technical conditions.

2）将上、下模合上,检验角对齐,检査曲线分模面局部不密合程度和锁扣间瞭的大小
2) close the upper and lower die, check the angle alignment, check the size of the partial closure of the parting surface of the curve and the size between the fastener.

2、锻模模膛尺寸的检验
2, the test of die size of forging die

1）将检验合格的样板放在模具指定的位置线上,其基准面应与模具分模面紧靠。检查样板型面与模具型面的透光间隙,应小于模膛相应尺寸偏差的3/5。
1) put the qualified sample on the specified position line of the mould, and the datum plane should be close to the parting surface of the mold. Check the clearance between the mold surface and the mold surface should be less than 3/5 of the corresponding size deviation.

2）锻模模膛的某些部位，如脚柱面、圆锥面等,可用标准研具进行着色检查
2) some parts of forging die cavity, such as pin and cone surface, can be colored by standard tools.

3）由于锻模样板不能完全反映模膛的全部尺寸和形状,可通过浇注样件（铅样或低烙点合金)做进一步检验。样件用万能量双测量或划线检查，以确定锻模模膛错移量和全部几何尺寸是否符合图样要求。
3) as the forging die template can not fully reflect the entire size and shape of the die, it can be further tested by casting samples (lead or low point alloy). The sample is measured with double energy or line marking to determine whether the die shift and all geometric dimensions of the forging die conform to the drawing requirements.
