铸造、锻造、冲压、压铸的区别
Differences among casting, forging, stamping and die casting
铸造是将原材料融化让其在成型模具中自然成型；
Casting is to melt raw materials and let them form naturally in the forming mold;
锻造是将原材料加热到一定温度然后使用工具锻打成型；
Forging is to heat the raw materials to a certain temperature and then forge them with tools;
冲压是将原材料用合适的冲压模具冲压成型；
Stamping is the stamping of raw materials with appropriate stamping dies;
压铸是在铸造的基础上采用压力将融化后的原料注入模具使其得到更高的密度或更精密的形状；
Die casting is to use pressure to inject the melted raw materials into the mold on the basis of casting to obtain higher density or more precise shape;
铸造：熔融的液态金属填满型腔冷却。制件中间易产生气孔。
Casting: molten liquid metal fills the mold cavity for cooling. Pores are easy to occur in the middle of the parts.
