不锈钢模锻件锻造缺陷与预防措施
Forging defects and preventive measures of stainless steel die forgings
1.凹坑:不锈钢锻件表面局部凹坑。
1. pit: local pit on the surface of stainless steel forging.
产生原因:坯料氧化严重或粘上炉渣杂质,模膛中氧化皮未清除。
Causes: the billet is oxidized seriously or slag impurities are adhered to, and the oxide scale in the mold bore is not removed.
预防措施:控制加热时间,清除坯料表面的严重氧化皮和杂物后再使用,终锻前将模膛氧化皮清除干净。
Preventive measures: control heating time, remove the serious oxide skin
and sundries on the blank surface before use, and clean the oxide skin
of die bore before final forging.
2.厚度超差:锻不足,使不锈钢锻件在高度方向尺寸偏大。

Causes: the blank is overweight, the heating temperature is low, the
hammer force is not enough to design the blank die bore is not good
enough to fly the edge resistance is too large.
预防措施:不使坯料体积过大,提高终锻温度,控制锤击轻重和锤击次数,选择合适的飞边槽,降低飞边阻力及时修理磨损或变形的模膛。
Preventive measures: not to make the blank volume too large, improve the
final forging temperature, control the hammer weight and the number of
blows, select the appropriate flying edge groove, reduce the flying edge
resistance to repair the worn or deformed die bore in time.
3.尺寸不足:不锈钢锻件尺寸小于负公差。
